LEGAL NOTICE
Last Updated: August 2026
This notice sets out the identifying details of the provider of this information society service, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
1. Service Provider
DoaCam is currently an independent beta project. The identifying details this section is meant to carry — the provider's name, tax identification number and registered address — are not yet published, because the legal entity that will operate the service is still being set up. We would rather say that plainly than name one that does not exist.
What we can give you now is a working address for any question, complaint or legal notice:
- Postal address: Pere IV, 355, Barcelona, Spain
- Contact form: /contact — reaches us directly and is the fastest channel, including for privacy requests.
This page will be completed as soon as the remaining details are available.
Throughout our policies, "DoaCam", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of the website doacam.com and of the service available through it.
2. Purpose of the Site
DoaCam is a real-time 3D AI avatar platform for voice and video conversation. It is entertainment software: you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a real person, and it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. The service is restricted to users aged 18 or over.
3. Terms of Use
Access to and use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which form part of this notice. By using the service you accept them.
4. Intellectual Property
The site's source code, design, texts, character personalities and 3D assets are owned by us or licensed to us, except for the third-party components listed in our Licenses & Attributions page. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of the whole or part of the contents for commercial purposes is prohibited without written authorisation.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis during its beta phase. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the site, nor the accuracy of the content generated by the AI, which may be inaccurate or fabricated. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Spanish consumer law.
6. Applicable Law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
